The Society is managed by council members who are represented from all the ten regional chapters elected by the General Assembly and they stay in office for a term of three years and can be re-elected only once to ensure fairness and democratization within the society. The General Assembly elects an executive committee that runs the day to day activities of the society through a secretariat. The Executive meets every two months in a year while the council meets twice in a year.
