The Society is managed by Council Members who represent each of the nine regional chapters elected by the General Assembly. The term of the Council is three years eligible for re-election. The AGM also elects an Executive Committee that runs the day-to-day activities of the Society through a Secretariat. The Executive Committee meets every two months while the Council meets at least twice in a year. FSK has a functional Secretariat run by an Executive Officer.
